Description
Hotel Carol is an oasis of peace, where you can enjoy a well-earned rest after a day’s sightseeing in the beautiful city of Prague.

Rooms
Each room comes with a queen double or classic double for single use, an armchair, small desk and chair, LCD TV, minibar, safe, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and hairdryer. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a minibar, and a bathroom with a shower.

Dining
The á la carte restaurant is open daily from 11.15am offering a choice of Czech and international cuisine. The restaurant features a grand piano with regular live music performed by a local jazz pianist.

The welcoming hotel bar is open all day. You can stop by for a delicious cup of coffee or one of the hotels many fresh fruit juices. The bar also serve alcoholic drinks, including the famous Urquell Pilsner which they have on tap.

Leisure
The hotel features a lovely swimming pool which is free to use and open from 7.30am to 12am and again from 1 pm to 9pm. The sunbathing terrace adjacent to the pool is a wonderful place to relax on sunny days.

There is also a sauna available to hire for a fixed fee of 350 Czech crowns (£12.15) per hour, including towels.

Directions
When you exit the arrivals hall you’ll find taxis waiting. The journey to Hotel Carol will cost around €25.

If you prefer to take public transport, catch the 100 bus to the “Zlicin” metro station. From there, take metro line B straight to Českomoravskástation, which is 200 metres from Hotel Carol.

Car Parking
Secure parking is available in the covered carpark, directly behind the hotel.

Many guests opt to leave their car here for the duration of their stay and use public transportation to get around the city. However, if you wish to drive it’s an easy 10-minute journey into the city centre.

A parking space in the hotel carpark is charged at 250 Czech crowns (£9) per night.
