By Car

From M27 junction 1, follow the A31 to Wimborne Minster, then take the A349 into Poole town centre and follow signs to the Port (A350). Thistle Poole is on the seafront.

Parking

If you’re travelling to Thistle Poole by car, car parking is available for 120 cars at a charge of £5.00 per night. Please note that Parking Eye is used in the carpark, so please ensure that you register your car details at reception on arrival. For those not staying in the hotel, please use the pay and display machines located in the carpark, or follow the instructions on signs in the carpark to pay by card. To programme your sat-nav, please use the postcode BH15 1HD.

Public Transport Directions

Mainline rail services run to Poole from London Waterloo. Thistle Poole is about five minutes by taxi from the station.

Thistle Poole is seven miles – a taxi is easiest - from Bournemouth International Airport and 90 miles from London Heathrow.

Bournemouth, home of the Bournemouth International Centre and the Pavilion Theatre, is a 15-minute drive away. The Poole Quay Ferry terminal is a short walk from Thistle Poole hotel.
