Welcome to the Great National Grand Hotel Swansea located in the heart of Swansea City Centre next to the train station. Boasting South Wales only Roof-Top Hot Tubs Penthouses! The hotel is located just minutes from Liberty Stadium, Swansea University and the beautiful beaches of the Gower Peninsula. The Grand Hotel Swansea has been a landmark Hotel since the 1930’s, largely due to its ideal city location and unique design. In 2004 the hotel was subject to a complete refurbishment and reopened as one of Swansea’s leading independent hotels, great attention to detail was given to insure our guests are offered the very best in Swansea accommodation and hospitality.

Bedrooms

The Grand Hotel offers guests a choice of 45 en-suite bedrooms, all offering a comfortable environment. So whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure we have somewhere you can really relax. Each bedroom at The Grand Hotel has modern decor and all the amenities you will need for your stay. The bedrooms include:

The hotel has a range of rooms to suit all requirements including, Standard Double, Twin or Triple Rooms. Guests can check in from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out is at 11am. To avoid charges, cancellation must be made by 10am on the scheduled day of arrival. Car Parking is available at the High Street Car Park adjacent to the hotel. Please note, that with Twin bedded rooms, some of the bedrooms will have 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in the bedroom and some have 2 single beds in the bedroom.

Hotel Dining

Relax, unwind or socialise in the newly renovated Moloney's Bar & Grill. A selection of Bistro style meals are served throughout the day which start from just £3.95. They serve a full range menu in the bar which is available 7 days a week from 12 to 9pm. The hotel offers a range of steaks, freshly cut sandwiches and Welsh dishes throughout the day. The hotel are proud to announce that are dishes are seasonal and fresh. During the summer months residents and guests alike can enjoy the covered outside seating area and soak up the friendly atmosphere of Swansea and watch the world go by. Coffee is the hotel’s specialty but they also have a range of special teas to tempt you. A wide selection of beers, wines and spirits are served in our relaxed and welcoming bar.

The Grand Hotel is located in the heart of Swansea City, adjacent to the Swansea railway station, and approximately 3 miles away from the motorway.

Directions

By Road - Take junction 42 off the M4, and follow 'Fabian Way' into the city centre. Simply follow signs for Swansea Railway Station, hotel is adjacent

By Rail - Couldn't be easier, you will see us as soon as you exit the station. The Grand Hotel is situated adjacent to Swansea Central Train Station and provides excellent connections with Cradiff, Birmingham and London. Visit www.nationalrail.co.uk for more details.

By Boat - Stenaline prove 14 sailings weekly from Rosslare (Ireland) to Fishguard. Fishguard ferry port is located approx 1 hour 30 minutes from the Grand Hotel.
