By Car
From North of England, Midlands and Wales:
Head towards London and join the M25 heading towards junction 7 for the M23. The M23 carries on to the A23 and continue to follow signs for Brighton and then the seafront. At the roundabout opposite the Brighton Pier turn right (heading towards Hove) and we are located about 500 metres down the road. Look out for the No.1 Bar and Bistro and the Pitcher and Piano – this is our building. To get to the hotel entrance turn right into a small lane just by the main doors to the Thistle Hotel and you will see the entrance to the Queens Hotel.
From Kent:
Use the A27 heading towards Brighton. At the Mill Road Roundabout (for the A23) head into Brighton. At the roundabout opposite the Brighton Pier turn right (heading towards Hove) and we are located about 500 metres down the road. Look out for the No.1 Bar and Bistro and the Pitcher and Piano – this is our building. To get to the hotel entrance turn right into a small lane just by the main door to the Thistle Hotel and you will see the entrance to the Queens Hotel.
From Portsmouth, Southampton and the South West:
Use the M27/ A27 heading towards Chichester and Brighton. At the Mill Road Roundabout (for the A23) head into Brighton. By Train
Brighton is easily accessible by train from across Northern Europe with Eurostar and from London and the South of England with a number of train operating companies. The nearest train station is Brighton Station which is around a 10 minute walk away or about £5 in a taxi.
From St Pancras: From the Eurostar platforms follow signs to the First Capital Connect platforms (A and B) and board a Brighton bound train. Journey time is between 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1 hour and 35 minutes, depending on intermediate station stops. We can organise a private hire executive car from St Pancras International. Your driver will meet you in the arrivals area and deliver you straight to the hotel entrance. Prices are around £170 from central London. To enquire about this service please contact us directly with your arrival details (train number, departure city and arrival time). Please note that transfers are not guaranteed until we confirm back to you and payment will be made direct to your driver and not to the hotel.
From London Bridge: Trains from London Bridge are operated by First Capital Connect direct to Brighton Station and journey time is around 1 hour and 10 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on intermediate station stops.
From London Victoria: Southern Railways operate fast and frequent trains direct to Brighton Station with the fastest journey of around 50 minutes.
Parking
There is a wide range of prices for local car parks. Those nearest the hotel are the most expensive because of their fantastic central locations, but if you don’t mind a 5-10 minute walk, you can save up to 50%. So, you could drop your bags off at the hotel, collect a map from reception, and then park.

The Lanes Car Park is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel and is about £25.00 per 24 hours. It can be very busy and can quickly fill on occasions - The Lanes Car Park. BN1 1ND
Thistle Hotel Car Park is 1 - 2 minute walk from the hotel and is priced at £20.00 per 24 hours. Drive into the Thistle Hotel Car Park entrance (by their main front doors) and, when you are ready to take your car out you will need to go to the Thistle Hotel reception to pay by cash. It can be very busy and will fill quickly on occasions. BN1 2GS
High Street Car Park, Kemptown, is about a 10 minute walk and charges about £17.50 per 24 hours. It nearly always has spaces available - High Street Car Park, Kemptown. BN2 1RW
Regency Square Car Park, is a 5-7 minute walk along the sea front and charges about £20.00 per 24 hours. It can be busy and occasionally full - Regency Square Car Park. BN1 2FG.
