Malmaison Birmingham

Description

You need a hotel in Birmingham and you need it sorting at the double. Need a destination bar with a brasserie? Sorted. You're going to need a slinky room or a suite. That's sorted too. Then there's the need to spa. That my little brum boutique bounty hunter is also on the cards.

Rooms

All our rooms have the complete set of Mal ingredients - great beds for sleepy heads, moody lighting, power showers, CD players, CD libraries, satellite TV, serious wines and naughty nibbles.

Bar / Restaurant

Bar at the Birmingham Mal - Ascending the red carpetted spiral staircase in a manner befitting a celebrity of your stature, you appear in the Mal Bar, a magnet for Brum socialites, retail therapists and night-life thrillseekers. You'll take a Cosmo as you ensconce yourself for the evening by the bar. The mixologist whisks it across to you tout suite, while all around you murmurings of corporate coups and Jimmy Choos fill the room.

Brasserie at the Birmingham Mal - Simple British classic dishes, uncompromising in quality, generous in portions. They've really pushed the envelope on this one you think as you peruse the menu. Local food from local food heroes - a dream that rarely materialses in the real world, let alone on your plate.

Leisure

Amid the breakneck pace of the city, there exists an urban day spa in Birmingham with the latest Elemis treatments capable of turning the staple gun-toting office guerilla into a universally calm me-time traveller. le petit spa at the Birmingham Mal is the perfect place to wave a white flag and bid a office retreat to a world of calming therapies and peaceful treatments. Post yourself to the personal space haven in the Mail box. The City centre has never felt so far, far away.If you can't truly enjoy yourself without a work-out, don't despair. Our gym is the perfect tonic for those whose hearts didn't beat fast enough when they sampled the brasserie, bar and extreme luxury of their rooms. The room is perfectly kitted out with resistance and running machines, not to mention free weights. You know it'll make you feel good.
