Bergenhus Festning - Plenen

Bergenhus Festning is one of the oldest and best preserved fortresses in Norway. The history can be traced back to the Middle Ages when the area was a royal residence and there are a number of historic buildings in the area. Bergenhus Festning stands out as a wonderful cultural venue right in the city center. Festning area invites to the dissemination of culture and history to today's audience. It is adapted for guiding, Space Transit and other regular service to the public.

Bergenhus Festning is next door to Bryggen, clearly visible from the entrance to the harbor.Access by car north or south on Highway 585 with easy parking in Sandbrogaten.

The main entrance to the concert area is from the North at Bontelabo. After the concert, there will also be an exit in the South against the pier / city center. The concert will be held in reserve part of the area where Bergenhus Castle - The lawn will be the main arena.
